Welcome to my website. Thank you for coming.
I love picture books. I love reading them and I love writing them. And I love going to the library and sitting on the colourful carpet or squeezing into the squashy animal chairs with an armful of books picked off the shelves and getting stuck in. And then taking a whole pile home for us to reread once we get back -on the sofa, the floor, in a den or under the table, and always always at bedtime, snuggled up and cosy and sleepy.
I love the way that picture book stories are told through the pictures as well as the text. And it's very exciting to see one of my stories become one of our stories and take on a whole new life with someone else's illustrations.
