Signed, sealed, delivered...

On 11th March, 2010, eight years to the day since I started writing fiction (I know this because it's my sister's birthday), I signed my first book contract.

The Kite Princess, published by Barefoot Books, should be out in Spring 2011. This is a story about Cinnamon Stitch, a princess who dreams of being wild and free, and finds a very unusual way to make that dream come true... 

Me, being happy about Bologna

One of my manuscripts has been optioned for six months by a UK publisher. An illustrator has been working on the illustrations and the book is going to Bologna Book Fair 2010 later this month.
